Martial Arts

Come learn discipline while building your strength and  character through martial arts. Here you will practice defensive techniques and how to channel your chi through the art of combat. Your leaders will instruct you on how to block, strike, kick and grapple in order to overcome your opponent. Practicing martial arts will teach you respect and confidence while also strengthening and toning your body. Each class will be an hour long during the school year and hour and a half during the summer. Don't be last to strike at this opportunity! Sign up today!
